Composition : PRAZIQUANTEL + PYRANTEL PALMOATE + FEBANTEL

• It is use For the treatment and prophylaxis of Trypanosomiasis, Babesiosis, Theileriosis, Pyrexia of unknown origin and mixed haemoprotozoan infections.
• Preferable route of administration is deep intramuscular or subcutaneous at the side of the neck.
• Babesiosis and Trypanosomiasis: 5-10 ml/100 kg body weight.
• Tenacious Trypanosomiasis: 10 ml/100 kg body weight
• Theileriosis and mixed infections: 5-10 ml/100 kg body weight
• Total dose should not exceed 56 ml.
• Store in a cool, dry place and should be protected from direct sunlight

It is rapidly and nearly completely absorbed (more than 90% bioavailable) when administered orally. Peak blood plasma concentrations are achieved in 1-3 hours after oral administration of 1, 5, and 25 mg/kg to dogs. It is approximately 8 hours (range 4.5-9.8 hours). It has a small volume of distribution and a low systemic clearance. It is highly bound to plasma protein.
